TMK sends $8 mln claim against former US unit to court

MOSCOW, Sep 7 (PRIME) -- Russian oil and gas pipe producer TMK has sent an U.S. $8 million lawsuit against its former affiliate in the U.S., TMK Overseas LLC, to the Moscow Arbitration Court to demand payment of a debt under a 2019 contract according to the court documents seen by PRIME on Thursday.

Ddetails of the contract were not disclosed.

The court suspended consideration until September 28 due to TMK’s failure to provide translations of some documents into Russian.
